The partners of this project are James "Jimmy" Davenport and Keith Brown. They started D B Development group, LLC 2023 they have a combined 60 years of real estate development and construction. Locally, Davenport has many successful developments including "Falling Waters" and "The Hidden Harbor Subdivisions".
Rout 2 Exit
There will be a new round-a-bout planned by the Ohio Department Of Transportation for the winter of 2026 at the exit of State Route 2 and State Route 269. This will greatly improve the intersection and provide better access to the property

The Bayside Storage will be built on land acquired over 12 years ago. Several storage buildings have been built on the site and the plans are to build 120 storage units, retail, and restaurant space.
